This organic, pigment-dyed throw blanket by The Global Trunk is made from a blend of cotton and the wool of locally raised sheep in the Western highlands in Guatemala. Each blanket is hand loomed by K'iche' Maya artisans on traditional wood looms. Unlike mass produced wool products, these blankets aren’t processed in caustic chemicals and are instead washed and brushed by hand. Because of this, you may find some vegetation and/or organic matter in the weave.
The Traditional Momo Blanket features a soft striped pattern with an arrow motif at each end. The tassels are hand tied.
This blanket is approximately 56 x 76 inches. It fits Full and Queen size beds.
Please note that due to their handmade nature, sizes and patterns may have slight variations.
With a mission to create opportunities for indigenous artisans around the world, The Global Trunk works directly with co-ops and non-profits in Guatemala and Mexico to thoughtfully source handcrafted products. A percentage of all sales is donated back to those communities in need.

Shipping Information
Shipping rates are calculated at tiered rates by price. See Shipping page for details. Oversized items are charged a flat rate of $99. Furniture items that require a freight carrier are charged 10% of prediscounted price + $149 home delivery fee. Different types of products could be be shipped from different warehouses and will not be delivered together. In-stock items ship within 10 business days. From when the items ship, delivery time will be within 11 days. Shipments will be delivered by the 21st day of placing your order. We will always do our best to exceed these delivery time estimates.
Preorder items are not yet in our warehouse and the dates presented for those products are estimates only, and are subject to change as. Some preorder items have additional processing lead times once the items become in stock, and may not ship immediately. We will notify you when the product arrives and is being prepared for shipping.
Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item was noted wth Free Return it can be returned with a complimentary return label within 30 days. See Refund and Returns page for details. We do not refund original shipping charges. All items must be sent back in their original packaging. Returned items must be in new condition, meaninging they are unused/unwashed and show no signs of wear. Lighting items that have been installed cannot be returned. If your product was marked MADE TO ORDER or FINAL SALE, it may not be returned. Refunds will be issued within 14 days from when the item is received in new condition with the original packaging and according to the terms specified in the refund policy.
